About me
Miriam Vieco Muñoz
Author of psychological novels. Valencia, Spain.

I live in Valencia, Spain, the city that has shaped every stage of my life. For many years I worked with the public at a large department store, where I learned to listen and to look closely at the stories each person carries inside: what gets said, what goes unsaid, and what hides behind a well-timed smile.
For twenty-five years I have worked alongside my husband, Sergio, a psychologist and sex therapist, at the Clínica Pérez-Vieco. There I have seen up close how the mind can wound, hide, and also heal. That way of seeing, attentive to what happens inside, is at the heart of everything I write.
I am the author of the psychological thriller collection Mentes Oscuras (Dark Minds) and of Life Within, psychological novels that grip, move, and transform, in which emotions, relationships, and inner secrets drive the tension of every story. The first book in English is The Life Someone Else Chose for Me.
I write so you can’t put the book down… and so that, when you close it, you keep thinking.
